What is Direct Entry requirement (that is the required A-level result you need) to study Mathematics and Economics?
(i) At least two ‘A’ level passes (G.C.E or H.S.C) at not more than two sittings. The subjects should include Mathematics and Economics.
(ii) Credit level pass in the University of Benin Diploma in Data Processing (DDP), Mathematics Education (DME), Accounting (DIA), and Computer Engineering (DICE).
(iii) Diploma from any other recognised Universities with at least an Upper Credit level pass in the areas listed in (ii) above.
(iv) OND with at least an Upper Credit level pass in Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science, Accounting or Business Studies from a recognised Polytechnic or College of Technology.
(v) HND with at least a Lower Credit level pass in Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science, Accounting or Business Studies from a recognised Polytechnic or College of Technology.
(vi) NCE with at least a Credit level pass in Mathematics and Economics from a recognised College of Education. In addition candidates should have at least an overall-Merit level pass.
