Special Consideration for Education and Yoruba

What is Direct Entry Special Consideration (waiver) to study Education and Yoruba?

(i) OSSCE accept two ‘A’ level passes or NCE/Diploma in Yoruba and any other Arts subject.

(ii)  OAU requires NCE (credit).

(iii) UNILAG accepts NCE or Two ‘A’ Level passes in Yoruba, and any of English, CRS, IRS, Igbo, French, History, Geography, Arabic. Also accepts University of Lagos Foundation Diploma plus UTME requirements.

(v) LASU accepts A’ level pass in English Language, Arabic, Geography, Physics or History/ Government. Also accepts its own Foundation Programme.

(vi) TASUED accepts at least two ‘A’ level passes or NCE Merit to include Yoruba and another Arts or Social Science subject.

(vii) AAUA accepts NCE Merit to include Yoruba and another Arts or Social Science subject

(viii) AAUA accepts NCE Merit to include Yoruba and another Arts or Social Science subject.

What is WAEC, NECO, GCE Special Consideration (waiver) to study Education and Yoruba?

(i) LASU and UNILAG require credit Mathematics.

(ii) TASUED requires Five ‘O’ level credits at one sitting or six ‘O’ level credits at two sittings to include English Language and two Arts subjects one of which must be Yoruba.

(iii) UNILAG requires five credit including English, Mathematics, Yoruba and 2 of Literature in English, Igbo,  History or Government, Economics, French, IRS, CRS and Arabic.

(iv) AAUA requires Five ‘O’ level credits at two sittings to include English Language, Yoruba, Literature in English, Mathematics and one Arts subject.

What is JAMB UTME Special Consideration (waiver) to study Education and Yoruba?

(i) UNILAG accepts any three of Literature in English, History/Government, French, Geography, Math, Yoruba/Igbo crk/irs, Economics, Commerce, Arabic.

(ii) LASU accepts Government but does not accept Physics

(iii) TASUED accepts any three subjects from Arts and Social Science subjects.

(iv) OOU accepts any three Arts subject.

(v) AAUA accepts English, Yoruba and two of Literature in English, History ,French/Arabic CRS/IRS and Government
